A defining aspect of Non Sonett is the way many of the pieces function less as fully determined compositions and more as open frameworks: starting points, suggestions, or “springboards” for music. 'Newnison' is a CWE version of a composition originally made for Trondheim Voices and their project 'Gjestehus' (Olavsfest/Lademoen church, Trondheim) in 2015.
